Return Policy

Because of the sensitive nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of a damaged or non-functioning product.  If your product is damaged or defective, you need to contact us within 30 days of receipt.  Please contact our customer support department at support@sextoyworks.comif you have any questions.  Any item that is returned without authorization will not be accepted and sent back.

We will accept unopened and unused product with return merchandise authorization (RMA) approval number.  Please do not attempt to return without contacting Sex Toy Works first to receive your RMA number.  Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee & shipping costs.  If you receive a defective product we will gladly replace it within 30 days of sale.

Return Process

Please login to your account.  Select your order and request product return.  Also, reply to your order confirmation email, with a simple return request.  This will alert our staff to expect a return.  Please ship your returns to:

Please print your order confirmation email and attach it to your package.

Once your package is received and processed, we will credit your account the total purchase price less the cost of shipping and any restocking fees. 

Incorrect Merchandise

Please call our customer care department and report shipping errors within 3 days of receiving your package.  

Damaged Merchandise

Please call our customer care department and report shipping errors within 3 days of receiving your package.  Please take a quick picture of the damange and send it to us via email. Indicate your preference for a refund or a replacement item shipped to you. You will not be charged for shipping of the replacement or refund of a damaged item.  However, due to carrier's strict deadlines to file claims, we must be notified within 3 days of receiving your package.
